What does a tour manager do for a touring DJ or band?
A tour manager is the single point of contact between the artist, promoters, crew and suppliers. We build the itinerary, advance every show, run the day sheets and the day-to-day on the road, and handle settlement so the artist can focus on performing.
Can Tour Advance handle everything from one team?
Yes. Advancing (including flights, private jets, hotels and ground transport), tour management, production management and show design are all handled by one team: one plan, one contact. You can also book any single service on its own.
Do you arrange private jets and tour buses?
Yes. We book scheduled flights, group travel and private jet charters, as well as tour buses, sleeper coaches, vans and airport transfers, all routed around the show schedule.
Where is Tour Advance based and where do you work?
Tour Advance BV is based in Antwerp, Belgium, close to Brussels and Gent. We have an office at Lab of Tomorrow, making sure we stay close to the newest technology innovations in our business. We support tours globally, from club runs to festival circuits across continents.
